SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free standard shipping via USPS to anywhere in the United States. You order will be processed and shipped within 2 days. Depending on your location, your precious hand knit item will arrive on your doorstep within 5 to 10 business days! Need your knits in a rush? We totally get it! You can also expedite your delivery to 2-4 business days for $15 or overnight for $50. Tracking information will be provided for all shipping options in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
EASY RETURNS
We want you to love your knits as much as we do! Once you receive your order, if you're unhappy with your knitted item, please email us at info@raglineknits.com and we will do everything we can to make it right for you! If you wish to return your item, it must be shipped within 10 days of receipt in original packaging and in unworn condition. You can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order and you will not be charged.
CARING FOR YOUR KNIT
Make sure your beautiful knits last forever! Be sure to follow the care instructions provided with your garment. Some fibers are machine-washable, but we generally recommend hand washing your garment in cold water with a mild soap (Eucalan Fine Fabric Wash is our fave!) and laying it flat to dry on a towel. Never wring out or iron your knitted garment. With wear, you may notice your knits pilling; we recommend defuzzing it with a sweater shaver.
NATURAL [BEAUTIFUL!] VARIABILITY
Because each one of our items is lovingly made by hand, no two are exactly alike. Although our knitting experts adhere to the same pattern, there may be subtle differences in the look or dimensions due to the individual technique of each knitter. We do our best to make sure our photos accurately represent the finished product you will receive, but if you are unhappy with your item, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right!
